What Building Forensics IAQ do differently
Today we can measure the issues that become triggers for Building Related illness (BRI) and can even identify them in your body if present, from simple self-assessment tests to detailed analysis by your medical team using advanced monitoring techniques. There are no standard tests, and each property must be individually assessed. We do select the most appropriate protocol and discuss with the client objectives together with their medical team requirements or goals if or where requested. The importance of focus is paramount when treating BRI as wrong diagnosis based on false or misleading data can see months or years of treatment without noticeable improvement.
What experience can you expect
With over 40 years of experience in building related issues around the world from Thailand to Kuwait, USA to Sweden and France to UK we got the T shirt. A review of the principle consultant CV Biography who edits all reports and trains the technicians should provide confidence in results.
What types of Building can we investigate
We investigate any form of occupied spaces from palaces to ships, houses to luxury apartments, aircraft to whole estates

Even the biggest ship maintenance companies in the world seem to ignore the health issues we identify.
